Welcome to MassProspecting, an automation tool designed to help users grow their businesses through multiple channels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at massprospecting.com (the "Site") and the MassProspecting service (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
MassProspecting is a growth automation tool that helps users:
Grow their businesses and generate more leads, sales, and revenue through multiple channels.
Scrape leads data and intent signals from different sources to find ideal clients and add them to cold DM outreach campaigns.
Use artificial ingelligence for automating outreach messaging, conversations management and workflow decisions.
MassProspecting offers a 15-day free trial and a monthly subscription to use the product.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@massprospecting.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Free Trial: MassProspecting offers a 15-day free trial. During this period, you can access and use the Service without charge.
Subscription: After the free trial, continued use of the Service requires a monthly subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and billing, are available on the Site.
To perform actions on your behalf, MassProspecting may requires access to your social profiles, email accounts and/or other software services. By using the Service, you grant MassProspecting permission to access your social profiles, email accounts and/or other software services to:
Scrape intent signals for potential clients.
Add potential clients to DM outreach campaigns.
Manage messaging, conversations and workflow decisions using AI.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of your social profiles, email accounts and/or other software services while using MassProspecting.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
Engage in any activity that could harm or damage the reputation of MassProspecting.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MassProspecting disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MassProspecting does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall MassProspecting, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
